Pregnancy & Infant Loss Awareness

This month is pregnancy & infant loss awareness month.

We are doing our part to bring awareness to the topic and have these resources for you.

For those of you who are not aware of Alexa’s story, she lost one of her identical twin daughters when they were two days old. So this is a very personal topic to us at Lose the Cape.

We’d like to share these posts:

The Magic Words When Someone Loses a Baby – on Alexa’s personal blog with tips on what to say (and not to say) after a loss

How to Help a Friend Survive the First Year after Pregnancy or Infant Loss

Can you make a donation to support Sunshine After the Storm?

Sunshine After the Storm – a nonprofit with resources for grieving parents – we send free care packages to grieving mothers and are always in need of donations.

Jamberry Fundraiser for Sunshine After the Storm

I established Sunshine After the Storm (a 501(c)3 nonprofit) after the loss of my infant daughter Kathryn. We provide encouragement, hope, and light to grieving mothers through the delivery of care packages to grieving mothers. We fill these packages with items to bring the mothers comfort and love. We are selling these awareness wraps AND have an active fundraiser. 40% of all sales are being donated to Sunshine After the Storm.
